- Amazing co-workers and incredible people to work with. - Overall respectful work environment. - Above the market (local) salary.

- Poor working conditions lacking some basic tools for good job performance. - Some working teams have poor communications with each other. - Since it is a state company, it is too much influenced from politicians that doesn't care about internal policies.
