      Pros

      Schedule flexibility, pay schedule, different facilities

      Cons

      You May get a ton of shifts at first but over a short amount of time you get less and less. The clinician support is a joke. If you have a problem you get a generic response & the facilities DNR you for no reason at all dropping your star rating. It’s just not worth it

      Always have issues with app. I have next day pay and now it’s taking me three days to get paid instead of next day. Buildings will DNR for no reason if their workers just don’t like you as a person and Jodi won’t stand up for you. Late on all staffing updates they just got next day pay and instant pay, they are very much in the past. No benefits.
