      Pros

      Mostly great management/bosses; decent career progression, competitive pay, some great bonuses. Great work/life balance support. Lots of very good people as colleagues and friends.

      Cons

      Some toxic people at certain sites; not a lot of career progression options, no mentoring unless you get lucky or chase it down; lack of true marketing, branding and communications. Increasingly stingy travel/work expense policies at times; diminishing benefits. Slow to change/adapt at times.

      Pros

      Majority of people are hard working and work together to help each other. PQ is among the leaders in most of the markets in which it competes.

      Cons

      Recent changes in management have greatly diminished the family atmosphere that made PQ a fun place to work. Now, managers are more concerned with CYA than with working together and helping each other. Backstabbing and the blame game are only too common now.
