1.No corporate environment. 2.Poor uneducated Managers. 3.Business development team has no knowledge. 4. Project managers gives wrong commitment to management and management blindly trust the project managers. 5. Odoo managers are worst in project management and they do no what is corporate environment. I have worked in ppts for a year. These are the major flaws of PPTS, 1. The environment is worst with dim lights which may cause pain in eyes easily. 2. There won't be any proper hike and the company is so poor to take care of the employee needs. 3. The restrictions are too much. You will be treated like a child. 4. Work pressure is high that I even worked for 17 hours a day for minimum salary. You will be paid only for 8 hours that too applicable. Freshers will not be paid for more than 4 months. 5. Salary is not also satisfying even for experienced people also. Don’t ever try to be part of PPTS. It will surely ruin your career.
