      Pros

      Senior leadership that is actually knowledgeable in the service that the company provides. Great team members Family oriented Flexible schedule Diverse client portfolio Safe and convenient office location Strong suite of benefits PPI promotes each individuals career over just promotions within the organization.

      Cons

      Limited upward mobility, but that is the nature of quality and engineering service providers . This is not limited to PPI. Unless you actually live in Houston, there will be a long commute.

      Pros

      PPI continues to be a close-knit group of folks with a family vibe. Comprised of some of the best and brightest in our niche, there is a vast body of knowledge and experience we meet and exceed our customer's expectations. PPI continues to leverage a flex schedule (3-days in office / week). Come join a winning team!

      Being a small group, it can take time for advancement opportunities to emerge.
