Honestly , I couldn't find any noticable pros during my time here

Employees are expected to work beyond the standard 9 to 6 hours, often without prior notice or compensation. Terminations are frequent and sometimes appear arbitrary, citing vague reasons like 'not a good fit' or 'performance issues,' without proper evaluation or support.
