Pros

the owners are brothers and are very motivational people, some personal growth, hire within

Cons

no guidance, people have their own set rules, some people come late and never get fired, some people are late once or twice and they are threaten by upper management for losing their job, there is favoritism going on, if they like you you can get away with streaming, downloading, and gaming, and if they don't like you, you can simply get in trouble for taking a longer break. which isn't compared to the wasted time doing things on the job like playing on the internet

POSIM believes in hiring from within and promoting individuals who have a desire for personal and career growth. Our management team is a great asset within our company and many of these managers were perviously in other departments or teams prior to being promoted. We also believe in bringing in the right people, if no internal candidates fit the position — which has been done multiple times. This is something that we believe helps display our relationship and respect for our current and future employees. POSIM prides itself on having a clear path and opportunity for growth for employees who work hard and show results, no matter the education or experience level.

Pros

First $10 of snacks are free.

Cons

- Owners are brothers and they have conflict with each other and put employees in the middle. - Lack of culture between 3 companies trying to merge as 1. - Unethical practices forced by executives. - Lack of direction. Constant changes from one extreme direction to the next. - Management are promoted within from call center employees and no mentorship given in order to effectively manage their employees. - Micromanagement by executives. - Don't care about the employees one bit and consider them expendable.

Pros

The chance to expand my skills and work on a variety of coding projects as a tech support. Health Insurance and benefits were fairly good.

Cons

Very "Type A" and micromanaging attitude toward employees. I felt very disrespected and treated poorly despite putting my whole heart into doing the best job I could for the company's clients.

The team at POSIM is disappointed to hear that any employee would feel forced to part ways over communication issues. Our management team strives to build a positive environment and enjoyable culture for all employees to flourish. We have found that sometimes even the most hard working employee may not be the right fit in our workplace. We wish all former employees the best of luck in their career path.
