Pros

Good office environment as most of the full times are local hires Good work hours with overtime pay for overtime

Cons

Bad pay Bad Pay Bad pay Not much room for growth as most work is repetitive.. The company shy away from new things... new things that might even improve company performance. The management as well as the managers who are all from Korea HQ shy away from new things as they only want to stay quiet in America before they have to go back to Korea.

Pros

Lunch was provided every Friday Some of the customers are great to work with

Cons

Management has no idea what is going on with their employees. A supervisor there is one of the most power hungry, condescending, unprofessional people I have ever met. They have double standards. Employees do not have a voice here. Management is extremely inflexible.
