      Pros

      Dedicated co workers, great clients. Flex time and work from home is available for some employees. Fantastic pot lucks are held often.

      Cons

      Little to no transparency from leadership regarding roles and policy. Policies are often changed mid stream to accommodate favorites. Zero tolerance one day then complete reversal the next.
