      Pros

      Excellent Benefits and relaxed place to work. The workbees all feel the same, no promotions based on performance. And they had the nerve to try to apply for "BEST PLACES TO WORK".......COME ON MAN!!!!!

      Cons

      Unless you are kissing someones a** you will not be promoted. Promotions are not about what you know and your overall performance, its based upon WHO you know.

      It's hard to feel honest about what you are doing working for this company

      It's a nice office building and it's fun working with other people that are trying to start their own businesses on the side.

      Cons

      It's a horrible feeling talking to someone on the phone that tells you that they have put their entire life savings into purchasing consulting, and you know what the success rate is of the program. I worked there for over a year, spoke to hundreds of clients, and to my knowledge and recollection, only 3 made a decent income (more than 30k a year). I worked in the website consulting, so maybe the other programs had a higher success rate, but what I was doing felt horrible.
