Pros

They will train you and move you up in the company if you work hard and learn the processes. You will learn at lot about commercial property management. If you are already in the field, they have good systems in place to keep the work flowing smoothly.

Cons

Sometimes you are overloaded with work and have to work through lunch. Office politics are at play here as well.

Pros

There are some really good people working at PMRG in So Cal. They are knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

Too much of a good 'ol boys club and only the insiders and but kissers get promoted. Upper management is weak when it comes to dealing with some of their bigger clients and it costs PMRG a lot of money because of it and loss of valuable employees.

Pros

Good work/life balance. IT department and office staff really cares about the employees. Free drinks and sometimes free food. Insightful people in certain departments. Most of the management is very humble and treats the staff with respect. You can learn a lot in a short while. Holiday parties are fun.

Cons

Unusually high turnover. Big clients prioritized. Salaries are too low for support staff and entry level. Career development is whatever management wants you to be. Best to move up or move on.
