The management is the worst. They don't value anyone. These control freaks won't let supervisors do their jobs. They also interfere in the work of employees. It's suffocating. The management is also cruel when it comes to firing employees. People are let go for no reason and even not given a severance package. It's awful to witness. The only way I found to avoid that fate and the stress that comes with it was to quit. So, I did.

The top management had a careless attitude. They didn't care that the employees were stressed and exhausted and needed guidance. They didn't care when the employees became frustrated and left, and the employee turnover rose. Everyone had to work brutal hours for poor pay and terrible commissions. It was the worst experience ever!
