      World leading Attention technology - the best in the business ad tech, ad formats and development teams taking the lead on the industry. Strong and motivated team with such a fun culture - Playground XYZ knows how to host a great party! The support teams are incredible to work with, knowing if you need help you can always reach out - doesn't matter where in the world you are! The communication channels allow for global collaborative conversations to get all involved. Overall, an amazing place to work!

      Cons

      Sometimes there are long hours required - but when the work is enjoyable and rewarding, it makes it easier to find the best work/life balance.

      Pros

      Innovative, ACTUAL open door policy for SLT, supportive and hardworking support teams, fun and inclusive culture across a diverse group of people. It's the best business I've worked for, and I genuinely love my job and the team around me.

      Cons

      Currently transitioning from a start up business to a 'scale up', with big goals ahead. It's definitely a work hard, play hard environment

      -you have a job -ok health insurance

      Cons

      -micromanagement from leadership -no sales support system, have to execute multiple roles -company is cheap; no marketing, no account management, no operations team, no CRM -no leadership in the US -takes what worked in overseas and expects it to work everywhere else -product doesn’t work -makes you take “forced” vacation days -no 401k, no commuter benefits, no flexibility, terrible mat/pat leave policy -rude senior management -0 diversity! 90%+ white
