      People you work with are kind and helpful.

      Management (ceo Kim) is manipulative, toxic, and paranoid. Had to watch her first hand, she tried to destroy so many franchisees. Made the workplace so scary. Every day I wondered if I would have a job just because I said hello the wrong way. Owner is absent and lets her “run” the organization without any repercussions. Shady business dealings were the way they operated. I saw many questionable things and as soon as I opened my mouth I was the bad girl. Tried to help so many of the owners and was told “They are a dime a dozen let them fail and we buy it back”. The whole business is a Ponzi scheme, they bleed poor franchisees dry and then sell their business behind their back. Would only recommend if your the Devil.

      Pros

      Great work environment. It is a small business that encourages employees to build camaraderie and care about each other. Employees are rewarded for their hard work with a generous commission program - when the company's bottom line does well, so does yours!

      Cons

      As a small business, the benefits offered are decent, but they can't quite matchup with what some larger corporations can offer.
