Mid-size company, upper management is reachable to talk. The company has a nice vision for the future.
Cons
Actual workload is too high. Not much time to socialize, you only work, work,work. They try to save money on everything.

Small team and polite management, respectful communication and team events
Cons
Way too many tickets and calls for a small team. The work load was unreal a lot of the time. Salary is bad and some team members were extremely lazy and had no work ethics.
