You're supported and given real opportunity if you show initiative and have the relevant capability. The business is constantly evolving which creates opportunities to learn more and influence the direction of the business. Senior leadership are always approachable and give the impression they care about doing what's right for clients and employees.

Cons

Nothing significant, joining a fast paced business could put some people off but I enjoy the work it creates.
