Used to be entrepreneurial and inclusive.

Cons

Desperate to sell following failure last year. Measures include widespread redundancies and overall cost cutting. Career paths open for those who know the right people. Failed to pay employees on time this month leading to huge stress - for the minions, I doubt this troubled the higher ranking staff.
