-Incompetent leadership
-Corruption
-Misogyny
-Cronyism
-Revolving door in the HR Dept., which is weird even for agencies.
-Revolving door in the IT Dept., which is also weird, even for agencies.
-Finance Department that's led by a feckless wanna-be CFO.
-No A/C in the mens room in an apparent attempt to save on costs - yuck.
-Lack of any kind of culture, unless you count the consumption of alcohol and drugs to fuel an unsustainable pace of work.
-Carpeting is disgusting, walls are dingy, dust galore, but hey, that's more money in the CEO's pocket.
This is an ad agency, plain and simple. If you really need a gig and are willing to look past the insanity, go for it. But there are just so many other places to spend eight (or 18) hours a day. At some point you'll be shown the door, which is actually one of the only things they've perfected after having done it so often. When that day comes I suggest you think long and hard about signing an NDA for a measly amount of cash. Your replacement at least deserves a warning. A -3.0 score on Glassdoor is sad, but imagine if everyone who signed the NDA wrote an honest review.
