      Pros

      A lot of good hard working and creative people working here. Nice family atmosphere with picnics, ball games and Santa Christmas party and similar activities

      Cons

      Qualified, experienced people often passed over for promotion. Outdated computer systems for ERP and databases. CRM system clunky. Once an innovative and progressive company but lacking in vision and leadership as past leaders have moved on, retired or sadly passed away. Pay on low side in comparison to similar industries

      Cutting Edge AND Stuck In The Past

      Cutting edge technologically. Serves the fast paced world of factory automation. Fairly stable.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past regarding I.T., Sales, and Marketing. No CEO for almost 6 years... No leadership. Current acting CEO is over 90 yrs old and does this "on the side"... Very little reinvestment in the company to better serve customers and meet customer demand. This creates a sometimes unnerving work environment where customers are constantly disappointed. PHD over-promises and under-delivers. 'Wants to compete with bigger companies but won't invest in the manpower and infrastructure to succeed.
