Pros
Nice Reputation Getting experience in so many different areas especially if you are working at one of their sites. Friendly working environment. Easy to thrive and prove your quality there as most of the engineers aren't so qualified.
Cons
Mostly everyone working there has to be related to someone in the higher management whether in the company or in the ministry of electricity, The company doesn't care by the professional growth of their field engineers, but instead keep moving them between different departments. The management in the site sucks, and it's really rare to find a good site or project manager there, Unqualified managers especially in the site. Very slow promoting system.
