      Typical of most production facilities.

      Pros

      Lunchtime and break time. 1/2 the people are good workers.

      Cons

      -Ownership/ management are completely disconnected from staff. -The other half of workers that can’t be trusted and just do not care. - QC is a joke run by jokers. - One maintenance guy makes for a miserable environment. A tyrant to some production staff, rude, condescending and occasionally just mean. -Terrible environment. Production comes before safety and QC.

      You can get a job when you need one because they are always hiring and firing.

      Cons

      Dangerous product, unreasonable demands you are just a disposable # they hold no value in keeping you there.
