Pros

None that I can think of. Free bagels on Friday maybe? Though I think most gas stations probably offer that to their employees.

Cons

Was confronted by human resources and asked to write a "good review" to help boost PDI's presence on Glassdoor and separate us from sister company NicePak, (which is a total train wreck). Okay, here goes....have been here for almost two years and cannot wait to hand in my resignation on Monday! I like many of my co-workers (most of whom are also one foot out the door), but that's about it. It's poorly managed overall and only a select few have the ability to give real input. HR is a mess, I'm pretty sure not a single person knows what is going on over there. Most people are huddled up in cubes whispering about something, it's just overall a very juvenile environment. Anyone bright leaves. I have been patient for two years and I'll be celebrating this weekend!

Not a place for growth potential

Pros

Great products, the kind that you can feel great being a part of promoting.

Cons

Poor upper management, employees are treated like dirt and if they say anything they are shown the door, don't develop their internal talent.

Pros

Great bunch of coworkers, great products, contributes to wellbeing of society. It used to be a good place to work but pros are Dwindling every day

Cons

Bad communication, an HR department that does not work for the benefit and interest of the employees as they saw fit to cut vacation and holidays which has the whole company in an uproar and everyone is looking to get out. They pay at 50% and this does nothing to encourage loyalty.
