Busy, middle level pay in SME, but can learn alot

Compare to MNC, you get to learn and involved in more business process and SDLC. From there, if you are focus and responsible enough, you get to learn more than you can imagine.
Cons
As typical SME, super fast pace environment, busy, too much thing to do and no much career path planning for you.
