Pros

The CEO has a great vision for the firm, however, management is a behind the times and stuck in their ways to make the changes necessary to move the company forward.

Cons

The firm is significantly lacking in necessary technology to do the job effectively. Little to no training and development when first hired and then you are constantly berated for not knowing how to do certain things specific to the company. Benefits are average at best. The professional development reimbursement that was discussed during the interview process only applies to the senior level managers. No work/life balance: Don't expect to be able to use and enjoy your PTO. We regularly had meetings scheduled after 5pm and was constantly contacted while on vacation. Not set up for success: you are given the work of 2-3 people and expected to get it all done within 45 hours/week. It's just not possible. The processes in place are inefficient to do the job and they don't want recommendations to improve it. Significant lack of diversity - All partners are white and the majority are men. The stress and anxiety of working here, isn't worth any compensation they offer.

Pros

Decent Salary, other staff level co-workers are great

Cons

Reviews are a broken record, if you make one mistake, don't expect for it to ever be forgotten. No regards for employee satisfaction, management is greed driven and doesn't like criticism. Feels like there is no HR department and there is no way to access items on your own, and you need to ask your people manager/upper manager for HR support. PTO doesn't feel relaxing. Focus on charge hours and budgets creates an environment for eating hours and is extremely toxic. Culture is toxic but forces rose-colored glasses on it to interns and new hires. Since I joined, three other coworkers have left due to the issues mentioned above.
