      Unprofessional management, unorganized company, the company overwork their employees, understaffed, underpaid for the load of work (12.50/hr), A lot of gossip, management gets away with hiring family and friends who has no prior professional experience and pretty much gets away with anything. Management truely does not care about their employees.

      Paycheck comes every two weeks You can listen to music Work at your own pace limited customer contact Not a call center I like the people I work with.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities One 15 min. break/2 mini breaks (15 min. Split into two breaks) 30 minute lunch Can't eat at your desk (no snacks or food, just hard drug store candy) Pay is minimal for the amount of work they want you to do. Other companies will pay you more to do the same job. A lot of women in the office and things get catty and drama ensues... Management yells at you in meetings and uses profanity, unprofessional
