      Internal Recruiter experienced cloak and dagger like ownership and management

      - Nice People work there for the most part - Flexible schedule policies

      Cons

      The owner sells the company as something it is not. If you experience a bait in switch if hired, do not be surprised. There is a consistent air of gossip around management and sr. employees. There is specifically a very unprofessional level of Passive Aggressiveness that appears in anyone who has a management position. The Business Development never discovered new business and just seems to exist to collect a salary and waste company money by taking dead end leads on constant lunch breaks, and proceed to take ownership of the business you develop. Any of the account managers or client solutions team members have repeatedly been witnessed stabbing recruiters in the back to save their bacon. This is a small, privately owned company, ran by a series of passive aggressive individuals who act like the company is larger than it really is. Transparent business is not their Mission objective.

      Wow, this one got to my heart. So sad this was your impression of who we are....and for sure we will work hard not to be the exact opposite of what you are describing.

      I can't think of a single "pro", sorry!

      Cons

      Oh gee, so many here! Staff is ignorant and bigoted, they have plenty of "good" jobs for females and minorities, everyone else is discriminated against. Tell them you have an MBA and they think you do filing, tell them you have a BSIT and they think you do data entry. If you are physically disabled they treat you like a two year-old, including the use of "small" words, speaking slowly and loudly; they really believe you should be weaving baskets, academic and experience record be damned. Turn down their garbage jobs and they say you have a "bad attitude." Criticize the company and the CEO has a fit.

      Great place to learn but somewhat disfunctional

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn, lots of out of the box thinking, not a run-of-the-mill staffing company.

      Cons

      Very little structure, documentation, or training is offered. If you think in a linear way then you are criticized for being too rigid. Very inconsistent communication from management.

      Thanx for sharing your thoughts. Had we known about your concerns around "consistency" and "dysfunctional" we would have thanked your for sharing your observations and worked on improving. Obviusly we needed to make it easier for you to speak up. Sorree we got so disconnected.
