      I’ve been with P4 Security Solutions for two years, and it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company culture is welcoming, supportive, and fosters growth both professionally and personally. The leadership team is transparent and genuinely cares about the well-being of employees. They offer great opportunities for career development, and the work-life balance is fantastic. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with amazing colleagues and work on meaningful projects that align with my values. It’s a company that values innovation, diversity, and teamwork, and I’m proud to be part of such a forward-thinking organization.

      Pros

      IF!!! You're good security, this is definitely the company for you. They're extremely reasonable, very have amazing counterpart divide between HR and Supervision. And makes calling off as simple as a single phone call to an HR rep no hassle! I've never been denied a day off that wasn't a blacked out week so far. They don't have much of a tolerance for riff raff that's here for a paycheck. Its more or less a simple gig, all YOU need to be, is self-reliant and responsible. This isn't some other big name company...

      Sometimes you don't get quite the amount of communication you're looking for. Sometimes you're left in the dark about something you should have definitely been in the conversation for.
