      Company is encouraging current employers to leave positive feedback to raise it's glassdoor review score. Dont believe all the positive reviews. Normally people only leave reviews when they have something to say. Oil price is down, don't expect this company to do well until the oil price improves. No product leadership. To many products with no direction. People feel insecure because of this. No career advancement and high management turn over

      Pros

      Co-Workers are friendly and helpful . Team is reliable and help you out to cope up.Health benefits and yoga time at work is a really good idea.

      Cons

      Not much growth rate. No Appreciation for the work. Not at all Considerate to maintain work life balance. Micromanaging to a point that no one likes to come to work.

      Pros

      There are no pros. The only relative pro is the hours are normal - 9 to 5 pm.

      Cons

      Terrible work environment and company culture. Management doesn't care about employees. Employees are leaving constantly and nothing has been done to retain employees who have been there 10+ years. Management hires inexperienced and gives them very low salary. The ownership is a private equity firm so that's why there's no appreciation of employees.
