      Pros

      Responsive management and proactive. I had a great experience and learnt the entire recruitment lifecycle. Good work culture and friendly environment. The managers are more supportive to follow up the process.

      You can learn hardcore recruitment. Sourcing niche profiles. Very friendly culture, you are given free hand to experiment new ideas, strategies, and make mistakes.

      Pros

      I joined as a fresher and have been working for the last 2 years. I have learnt the entire life cycle about sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and salary negotiation - in short the entire recruitment life cycle from here. My boss is very happy to teach. I enjoy working here.

      Cons

      Nothing. When i started it was 6 days a week. Now we have 2nd and 4th saturday offs.
