Business outlook
Pros
Good place to learn office skills, international travel opportunities, good benefits, nice people. Despite long tenure, efforts were being made to do away with problem staff on the summer programs which was promising.
Cons
Hiring practices in the main office are suspect. I understand the need to save money but hiring people with zero experience in marketing or customer service makes the company look bad when they don't know the basics of how to interact with clients. The nepotism and favoritism needs to stop. Work environment can sometimes toe the line between casual and unprofessional.
