      - remote work - younger employees (great for younger generation) - good stepping stone job

      Cons

      - overworked and underappreciated - base level benefits (hardly any mental health coverage for a mental health company) - disorganized - unmet promises (raise, responsibility shift, etc) - support team is not appreciated like the development team is - growth is minimal - overtime is expected (with no pay)
