      Pros

      The only positive thing is that raised a lot of money and they show off while doing a lot of self-marketing Also, they pay well and have lots of perks for you to post on Instagram.

      Cons

      Ego, micro-management, passive-aggressive and political games by some of the VPs make Overwolf a toxic working environment. Toxicity is a known issue that is raised in every year's end summary by the company employees. I've seen much decision-making that was not professional as I expected from a company at this level, and there is an extreme amount of people who got fired before completing 12 months for no reason and without heads-up or any try to fix whatever was wrong. You probably already connected to a few in Linkedin, and it's insane for such a small company (that turns the company values to be nothing more than a nice text on their website) Also, the company is spread over too many different products, and this causes less focus and (too) many shortcuts. This causes a "yes man" attitude and does not always keep the most professional employees in key positions.

      Gaming no fun - develop ads and tracking software

      Pros

      Beside the gaming, which doesn't take much of the daily work, what you actually do is develop a tracking software on gamers that sell the info for ads companies

      Cons

      really crazy management, very low salary base on the market, no real benfit. The managment keeps all the money for themself

      Management dislikes autonomy in PM's Product management practices is non-existing Entire product line is micro managed into paralysis The product is unwanted by the users
