      Pros

      Great PTO for salaried employees. And the people we served are wonderful.

      Cons

      Leadership changes have led to a drastic decline in the work climate. Went from being a very safe and open space for POC and LGBTQ+ employees, and the last year I worked there it no longer felt that way. So disappointing because the people we served are amazing and deserve better.
