Really poor and mediocre Lithuanian management. Managers who tend to humiliate their employees and micromanage them. Lost a lot of talents because of numerous time trackers and incompetent team leads or managers who have very limited knowledge in the field and are afraid to promote smart people.

The leadership at Outokumpu Calvert is absolutely dreadful. Management is backstabbing and lacks integrity, creating a toxic environment. Instead of fostering collaboration and trust, they promote division and distrust among teams. There are no adequate IT tools to support employees in doing their jobs effectively. The systems are outdated and unreliable, which only adds to the frustration of working here. Priorities constantly shift without any clear communication or reasoning. This leads to confusion, non stop powerpoint presentations, and a general sense of chaos. The sales forecast is never met because it is forced from the top down. This constant "hamster wheel" lowers morale and creates unnecessary pressure. The lack of support makes it nearly impossible to succeed or feel valued. It’s a constant uphill battle just to get basic tasks done, let alone meet any meaningful objectives. Low/No bonuses, zero worklife balance, and incentives. It is only going to get worse. Do not walk...run away!
