I like the content of the role - working with smart business owners is stimulating. The purpose of the company makes sense and is a good mission to get behind. The size of the company is good where things can happen quite quickly with communication between departments i.e. website changes, credit decisions. Modern day approach to flexible working where they give you space to do your best work and be creative. No micromanaging. Good use of automation and technology to make our lives easier. Good incentives and initiatives to do well. Very transparent feel like not many secrets are held. They value their employees, listen to the people.
