Pros
None, product is going down with no quality control.
Cons
Corporate office has no clue how to run a business in today's world. The Talent is being wasted on behalf of the recruiting.

Pros
Was able to be part of initial team to set up supply chain and vendor matrix
Cons
Was there during the start up phase so there was a lot of stop and go which made it difficult to carry out job duties properly

Pros
Great sustainable basic clothing options, tons of snacks and meals, great people and nice offices.
Cons
Management is all over the place. The yearly calendar changes often and is a work in progress. Offices are set up for remote work but no longer a remote job. No storage or real desks. No assigned workspace. Tons of micromanaging and reworking product ideas. Poor leadership and lack of motivation to address employee concerns or problems.

Pros
Gave it one star for some of the incredible relationships gained, and one star for the sincere hope the company culture makes a turn around! Some people here became family. Gained a huge network of people over the generations. Verbally appreciated. I was constantly TOLD how well I was doing and how valuable I was. Message is incredible if it were truly valued by entire team!
Cons
Extremely confusing environment - never given a job description, never given roadmap for growth. Severely underpaid (-64% to industry standard). If the CEO doesn't ADORE you, it is painfully obvious. CEO harnesses boys club mentality. No diversity. Overpromise and underdeliver seems to be most of the leadership teams motto. No manager training, seriously lacking support and encouragement. While I was verbally appreciated, I never made the money or title that I should have had here. I truly believe it is a tactic to keep you bought in without having to actually reward you. Post parting with the company, I have learned of harassment issues that a team member is afraid to go to HR about.

Cons
Leadership team is a boys club.

Pros
Some really nice co workers and LGBTQIA-friendly (although some of their ambassadors are not).
Cons
I experienced constant narcissistic behavior from one of the founders. No value placed on talent. A TON of ego in the ELT. No empathy for the team. Constant change on a whim of leaders. Chaotic and confusing on purpose, textbook toxic work environment. No adherence to calendar and an inability to even acknowledge it in certain departments, at a high level. Micro-management at a very high level. No diversity. No staff retention, constant turnover.

Pros
This is an expanding company - and with that expansion comes myriad opportunity to take on extra responsibility and grow within the organization. Anyone joining Outerknown with ambition, who comes in with a can-do attitude and shines, will have no problem rising in the ranks. Stores are focused on genuine customer engagement with a laid back vibe that comes from the company's surfer background. Pay is competitive at all levels and scheduling is flexible.
Cons
As with most companies in expansion mode, there are going to be some growing pains.
