      Challenging but rewarding

      Pros

      The family-like team and supportive SLT, felt valued and like the hard work put in was seen and appreciated. It is the most challenging job I have had to date, but also the most rewarding. I was genuinely really sad to leave the job.

      Cons

      There was a delay with TLR payments coming through for a while and communication about this was a bit strenuous, but this was sorted eventually. Other than this, I didn't have any issues or complaints during my time there.
