A wide range of work in the role, good for experience. 4 day working week.
Cons
Very low pay,,, started at £21k then appraised now £23k, very disappointing as you need a degree and previous clinical experience to even apply! Only 5 days paid sick leave. Keep changing their policies and procedures. 3 month notice period for a low paying role makes it difficult to move on from the company.
