0 chance of growing in this company, there is no career path so it feels you get stuck in your position until you leave the company/die. Management decisions are the worst. They take so much time to decide when it comes to someone requesting salary increases or any request that involves management. No skill test, just questions to know where are you at with knowledge. There's not THA that will put to the test your knowledge, skills and good practices. You will often get more responsibilities without getting more compensation, even though you request for it (they will 100% make it one of the slowest experiences ever so that you take it for lost) Quarterly bonuses are really low, less than 5% for a senior level position, making it really frustrating to have worked your butt off that quarter. Often threated by management to go back to the office
