      Worst company I’ve ever experienced

      The office was in a nice location

      Cons

      Unrealistic targets, volatile owner so you were constantly treading on eggshells. Bizarre staff structure mainly using consultants as the business is totally unstable and the owner kept sacking everyone. Colleagues were lovely, but I’d avoid like the plague if I could go back to before I started there. Hugely damages confidence.

      Flexible time management Homeworking so I can have my man friends round

      Cons

      Had an email from my boss this morning and he has a sales bee in his bonnet. Apparently I have to stop doing everything else and concentrate on sales and we need to have an urgent meeting. I’ve suggested he sort out some marketing materials and the website to provide us with the resources to support the sales process!

      Pros

      The best explanation is enduring an abusive / traumatic experience in a group environment, so you bond with people in the same boat more strongly, so I left with good friends. Having a job here should come with a lifetime of free therapy.

      Cons

      Ironically for a company that prides itself on teaching teachers how to teach, the founders cannot teach, guide nor motivate. They will ruin your self-esteem and self-belief and everyone's around you. Please avoid working here. They also have a tradition of employing two people at one time with the foresight of sacking one and pitting you against one another. Really inclusive stuff.
