unlimited PTO, talented/good people. independent work, great teammates, cross country teams, lot of work/projects
Cons
leadership - they do not care to develop their teams/employees, extreme micromanagement, truly only care to make themselves look good lean, lean teams - skeleton crews leading to high burnout of even the best of employees long term employees seem to continuously leave leading to a lot of knowledge leaving unorganized/ constant changes means people don't know who or where to turn limited if any career growth.
