There are some really great, honest, loyal team members that TRULY care.

Cons

Benefits are terrible, internal growth can be non existent depending on your upline, unprofessional leadership, very harsh culture unless you get a good manager.

- Very good swath of benefits to choose from ( I think I was given the option of near 13 or 14 health plans alone, plus other things like dental and vision and accident insurance), even have a zero dollar cost to employee plan that gives coverage. -Salary was fairly competitive for the market I lived and worked in.

Cons

- Start-Up atmosphere - changing directives and a major disconnect from top leadership to field management and 'home office' teams. - Felt very little value as an employee to this company, seemed that employees are very replaceable and saw co-workers get quickly replaced without warning.

Cons

Hired full time, averaged under 30 hours schedules the last year. Poor work/life balance Incredible amount of workplace drama. Commuting to different locations
