      Pros

      Exposed to different facets of the mining industry, rapidly growing company so opportunity to meet and work with people of all ages and ethnicity. Staff opinion is valued and compliments are readily handed out. Team leadership and management meetings in off-site places, such as Cuba, NW Ontario and Niagara district. Regular meetings are held with entire team so that everyone is part of how the company is building.

      Cons

      It is difficult to keep up with the growing need of experienced staff and with how the mining industry is now a vibrant community, there is demand now for the services of Orix. It is sometimes difficult to find the right person for a position and Orix works hard at finding the right people to fit our company standards!
