      What once was a good company, now turning into a really bad one.

      Pros

      Clear utilization based bonus structure. Colleagues were top notch and experts in their fields.

      Cons

      New company president laser focused on bottom line. Consultants are quickly laid off when on the bench for a short time. One owner looking for a quick sale. Poor career growth options. Zero long term prospects.

      Noting that this review is very old. Origin has had a complete overhaul in its leadership, and the culture has very positively changed, as recent reviews will demonstrate. The company has stabilized under a three pillared foundation of consulting, services and products. Growth is the objective, for the company, and each individual employee.

      Great people to work with. All very knowledgeable in their line of business

      Cons

      Poor management; do not look after their people Quick to lay off if on the bench Mostly staff augmentation; no implementation projects in their pipeline Single owner - probably looking to sell in the near future No 401K match
