The company treats people without any respect, uncertain future leads to cut in people and salary. Management is unable to take any single decision except for financial cuts. A boat without commander. On the technical level, Paderborn technology center sucks so bad, after 9 years we're still having a niche product with Technology refusing to have any contact with the (few) customers. No career path in this company, you just do what they ask you to do, which could be quite different from your job title
