Pros
One of my favourite things about working at Order Desk is the fact that our values are meaningful, and visible. It is a special point of difference that Order Desk provides, unlike any other organisation where I have worked, and it is made all the more special because of the remote nature of the company. Social connection is encouraged, and made a priority - relationships are built based on mutual trust and respect, and we are encouraged to ask questions in order to build our foundation of knowledge. It is truly rewarding to work for a company that you know cares for you as a human being first and foremost and values the work that you do and your prior experiences. The environment that Order Desk provides as an employee to learn, grow and challenge yourself is incredibly unique and I can't say enough positive things about how it feels to be surrounded by support and a team of people who all want you to do well. I am very lucky and moreover, proud to represent a company daily that is committed to its customers, and to its staff.
