      Company Has Imploded On Itself

      Pros

      The company is now ran by Emcompass Technologies. Orchestra only exists as a brand name now essentially.

      Cons

      Leadership decided to go through with a merger. Was more like a hostile takeover. They've pushed 90% of the original Orchestra employees out at this point. It is not the same company anymore.

      Pros

      There was a time in it's heyday where Orchestra was a special place. It was a place that was either a 5 star review, or a 1 star review for many, as the other reviews show, but such is the nature of startups, especially one with as lofty of goals for the wellness of the employees, as well as the business as a whole. The merger Orchestra went through in 2020 killed it though.

      Cons

      As mentioned in the "Pro's," the merger with Encompass destroyed the employees at Orchestra. We were made to feel second class, and like our efforts in building the company that we did were no longer necessary. There has been an exodus of late, and it's a sad time.
