Pros

I can honestly say I love the company, business, and the majority of people at Orbridge. My time there was only marred by a conflict in workplace culture and vision with a department head - who had personal history with our CEO that I didn't feel was something I could overcome. I felt that showing my personal value and ideas would be impossible under this department head without creating a conflict that would potentially put my job in jeopardy. My department head had opposing visions in both the workplace culture and overall methodology / scope of how best to operate within our department, so I ended up moving on to save face and allow the company to grow. Other than this situation - Orbridge would be an excellent company. Pros: • Really great CEO • Lots of Friendly Co-Workers • Beautiful Office • Fantastic Vendor Relationships

Cons

• A small minority of leadership is highly inexperienced • Company culture varies depending on which department you work within • Personal relationship-based hires within the leadership structure make it difficult for lower ranking positions to voice opinions / perspectives that could lead to growth

Pros

None at all honestly. I spent a long time here and at first it was good. Well, they accommodate your dietary preferences if you're vegan. That's about it.

Cons

A lot. No annual cost of living adjustments even though the company is making money hand over fist and bragging about it. Lots of changes that made the company worse like new tech that was horrible to use. Managers would often gossip about employees, especially at the twice a year meetups. Lots of public shaming for clerical errors and mistakes and passive aggressive behavior. Managers also had clear favorites and had their own clique and if you weren't in it you would be at a disadvantage. Constantly increasing workload and the pay doesn't go up. No sick days so you have to use your limited PTO if you are sick. The people on the phone were also micromanaged to death. The pay is also low compared to a lot of jobs and competitors.

Pros

I have done consulting work for over two years at Orbridge and I'm also lucky enough to be a customer. Seeing both sides of the fence is tremendously enlightening. As a customer, their customer service is second to none. Anytime I had a problem, the respective department took care of the problem or answered my questions in detail. On the consulting side, working with the teams showed me how they are able to deliver such a great product. Their "customer comes first" attitude shows, and as mentioned, I have seen it personally. The other employees are so great to work with and in such a fun environment. They take great pride when someone sends them an email expressing how thankful they are and how great their experience was on the trip. It really shows in everything they do. As an added bonus, employees actually get to go on various tours between year 1 and 2 and get to understand what the guests experience.

Cons

None that I have found
