Why to join and be slave for two years? The most "self proclaimed strategic" company which will make you bound to work for them for the 2 years.... As per the records, they will threat you that if you leave their company within 2 years, they will do the following: 1. No experience letter 2. Bad character certificate (also during background check) 3. If your new employer calls them then they will say that due to your poor performance, they have fired you 4. Will put false company property claim on you. 5. They periodically scan job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and other sources....if your resume or any hint (even word of mouth) that you are looking for a job - then remember, you are out on the same day. Also, you will be congratulated with the following: 1. No experience letter 2. Bad character certificate (also during background check) There has been several incidences in the past with the given above facts..consult few old guys to know more in details. All the given above facts are 100% true and this company administrator will keep agree to this point. Although I am working here now, I will advice everyone not to join this company....I mean don't even think about it.
