Pros
Coming from mostly retail, I have to say this job provides a good opportunity to those who are willing to work. The compensation is good and as long as you are willing to hustle, there's no shortage of work.
Cons
There is a lot of turn over and changes in policy for employees can be implemented rather suddenly. It can be frustrating to get calls on your scheduled days off. To make a full time schedule, you are often split between sites. There's favoritism in advancement and who gets communicated with.
